I saw what you said about mobility vs defense. I like the idea, but did not quite understand what you meant. Was it to be two different versions of a dodging stat, or like one a dodge stat and the other a damage reduction stat? As this could greatly effect meta-gaming.
Evasion is luck based and can be infuriating to an opponent, but counterable. Damage reduction can be an instant lock down to an opponent if unprepared. If the accumulation and protection of land cards becomes an aspect to gameplay, it would become safe to assume that an arms race to lining up the most vehicles would be standard game play. And at that mostly things with higher end damage reduction. Undoubtedly even some unit cards would have attacks or armorements they could use to counter this as there are real anti-tank weapons in warfare, but it's just something to consider and I would like your input. : )
